Physics! Nanako joins the Izmaylov and Brumer groups at the University of
Toronto as a postdoctoral scholar.

Nanako’s thesis work in the group spanned quantum dynamics methods and
quantum noise spectroscopy, including the variational quantum noise
spectroscopy framework published in J. Chem. Phys.

Fellowship to support an independent postdoctoral position at Durham
University. Tom joined the group as a postdoctoral researcher in 2021 and
has been a driving force behind much of our work on generalized quantum
master equations and data-driven climate dynamics.

We’re excited to follow what comes next — and to keep collaborating.
